Welcome to Joe Handyman, a part of the
Blog Pro Network tm of fine blogs. As we move forward, look for product reviews and comparisons, home repair tips, and just plain old folksy straight talk about home repair, gardening and life, with an occasional comment or two about political issues as the mood strikes. If you are a handyman, or work in home construction, please feel free to contribute an article, or become a permanent guest author on our site. You can contact the blog owner by writing to
blogpro@aol.com and just put Joe Handyman in the subject area so that it can be properly directed.
To our readers...OK, since this is the first post maybe it would be more appropriate to say FUTURE readers. If you have a question about home repairs, drop us a note here at Joe Handyman (again, send your questions to
blogpro@aol.com with Joe Handyman in the subject line) and we will do our best to find you an answer. If you have a complaint or problem, we'd like to know about those as well, be it with a contractor, handyman, or retailer...we'd also like to hear about good experiences, so that we can plug those deserving of the proverbial TIP OF THE HAT, and JOB WELL DONE. Life and good business relationships are about good service, good products and word of mouth advertising...we'd like to help homeowners get back to the basics of that old adage.
In today's market, homeowners as well as professional contractors, craftsmen and carpenters have a wide array of choices in the tools they employ, as well as the products they use. We'd like to share those products with our readers, so it is our hope that we can keep our readers up to date with new home products, as well as critiques and reviews on the latest tools of the trade. To do this, we need to know what is out there...which is where companies and retailers come in. Have a new product for the home or garden, created a new tool or gizmo, or improved on the old standbys of the trade like the handy dandy circular saw and
Eagle Claw hammer (sorry, a favorite of mine when it comes to hammers), drop us some information in email at
blogpro@aol.com We cannot make you any promises, but if it seems promising we just might feature it here on Joe Handyman...conversely, if we get some bad reviews on a new product,or about a retail sales points, we will share that too.
We are not this old house, but the blog owner is a professional landscape artist who lives in a 100 year old Victorian always in need of a handyman's special skills, so I hope you come along for the ride as this new venture in blogging unfolds.
